Call to Order: Assessment hearing was called to order by Clerk Carrie Turner at 6:00 pm.

Guests Present: Dave Reese, Widseth
Dave Reese was present to deliver his presentation for the Final Assessment Hearing. He reviewed the Sewer and Water Improvements, including project history, projected costs, and project implementation. Information for property owners and taxpayers was presented, covering the process for pre payment of assessments, certification of assessments with Morrison County, the applicable interest rate, and the term of the assessment payment plan. The option for deferment was also explained.
Thirteen community members were in attendance. A community discussion and question and answer session followed the presentation.
