Committee Reports:

Matt: City Manager/Liquor Store

Financial audit is nearing completion, no issues at this point. Yearend reports for the gas and electric are being worked on. The Wellhead protection plan is complete, Pantzke and Evans will be working on the implementation process next. Most components for the water plant have arrived except for some actuators and the backwash blower. The actuators should arrive in April and the blower in June. The

blower that was in service at the time of the flood is still operational but likely will not last long. Plans are to make all other repairs and install the actuators upon arrival. Startup of the plant can begin at that point; a test period will be conducted before it is brought back online. If the blower fails, the plant will have to be shut back down until the new one arrives.

Council Member Concerns:

Mayor Dan Noss: Adam Boone asked him about the Water system repair timeline. He is having to change filters more often with the plant down.
