Call to Order: Mayor Dan Noss called the meeting to order at6:00 PM.
Motioned by Venske and seconded by Turner to accept the minutes of the regular city council meetings on February 14, 2024. Motion Carried
Payment of the Bills as presented was motioned by Wright and seconded by Venske. Motion carried.
Public Comment/Requests:
None
Donation Requests/Donations Accepted
Motioned by Turner and seconded by Wright to approve a $500.00 donation to Darling township for operation of the Green Prairie Park and beach. Motion Carried.
Old Business:
Progress is continuing in the Brummer expansion. Installation of water and sewer lines has begun. The roadbed will is taking shape, and installation of gas and electricity mains will begin once this is completed.
The gas main relocation on hwy 115 has been completed as required by MNDOT. The permit to move the electric poles has been approved by MNDOT, city staff will be reaching out to MN Power for assistance with the project.
New Business:
Motioned by Wright and seconded by Turner to approve the Pineview drive utility easement agreement with Brian and Krista Peterschick. Motion Carried.
Motioned by Venske and seconded by Turner to approve Morrison County to sell the tax forfeited parcel (43.0222.001) of land in the City of Randall. Motion Carried.
City staff has continued to remove the dead, dying, or unsightly trees from Veteran’s Park. City staff will be researching what types of trees to replant in the park this spring.

Committee Reports:
Matt/City Manager/Liquor Store:
The presidential primary election was held on March 5th, 2024. 48 voters turned out to vote. City staff will be meeting with water meter vendors to select the best option for the city moving forward. The water tower rehabilitation project will be ready to go out for bid in the next couple of months. Work will likely take place late summer- early fall. The Bucket truck repairs are nearly complete, city staff will pick it up sometime next week, weather permitting. Strong winds took down a spruce tree, causing a power outage in early March. Repairs were made that evening restoring power to those affected.
Mayor Dan Noss: Noss researched if a VPN was necessary for city hall internet. He determined it is not needed.
