Meeting was called to order at 12:00 p.m. with council members Noss, Turner, Adamski and Mayor Riitters present. City Manager, Matt Pantzke, Widseth Smith Nolting & Assoc., Inc. Dave Reese and Tina Snell with Morrison Co. Record were also present. Council member Andres not present.

Dave Reese was present March 17, 2015 and three (3) bids were received.

Tri-City Paving Inc. was the lowest at $90,563.00

Ideal Construction was second at      $101,097.00

Anderson Brother Construction at    $117,680.70

The estimated construction cost was approximately $104,000. The lowest bid was approximately $14,000 under the estimated cost. Dave Reese recommended accepting the low bid from Tri-City Paving Inc. of Little Falls with a paving completion date of no later September 30, 2015 and a final completion date of October 31, 2015.

Motioned by Turner and seconded by Adamski to accept the bid from Tri-City Paving Inc. of Little Falls with a paving completion date of no later September 30, 2015 and a final completion date of October 31, 2015. Carried with Noss, Turner, Adamski and Mayor Riitters voting yes, and council member Andres not present.
