The special meeting of the Randall City Council was called to order at 8:30 a.m. with all members present.

 

The meeting was convened for the purpose of discussing employee wages for 2014, the 2014 budget and project on Superior Avenue.

 

There was a motion by Andres 2^nd by Turner to set 2014 wages as follows and to use the Randall Salary/Step Program chart for 2014, carried.

 

Part-time bartenders $10.10 per hour

Full-time bartenders $11.20 per hour

Administrative Assistant $14.17 per hour

Part-time (seasonal) $8.50 per hour

Utilities/Maintenance Supervisor $20.40 per hour

Police Chief will move to Step 6 at $22.00 per hour

Water/Wastewater Supervisor $35,120.00 annually

City Manager $48,000.00 annually

 

Benefits for insurance and auto allowances were not to be changed.

 

In order to budget for the Superior Avenue Project, the council decided to move $5,000 from Water – Sewer Fund, $5,000 from Liquor Fund, $20,000 from Electric Fund and $20,000 from Natural Gas Fund.
