FOR ALL NEW RESIDENTS:
Garbage pick-up day is every Monday with recycling being picked up every other Monday.
Meter deposits MUST BE PAID AND ALL EXISTING ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL before utilities can be put in resident’s name!!!

Deposits will be refunded or applied to your utility bill after 1 year if bills have been paid on time.
After 60 days of moving all unpaid balances owed to City will be sent to the Minnesota Revenue Recapture program.
Utility bills are sent out by the 1st of every month and are due by the 10th of each month. Bills can be mailed to City Hall, paid at City Hall during business hours or after hours payments may be left in the payment drop box located on the north side of City Hall Building. If you move in after the 15th of the month you will not receive a bill until the following months billing cycle.
All dogs age 6 months and older must be licensed. A lifetime license can be purchased at the City Hall for a fee of $10.00. CITY ORDINANCE ALLOWS ONLY 2 DOGS PER HOUSEHOLD!!!
FOR ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION:
Building permits are available at City Hall.
Planning and Zoning meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month 5:00 p.m., at the Randall City Hall.
Building setbacks:
5 feet from side lots and back yard lot line
Road right-of-way set back is 35 feet (city streets)
Connection Fees:
Sewer - $225.00
Water-all incurred expenses
The property owner is responsible for installation and maintenance for sewer lines up to the sewer main and water lines from water shut-off (curb stop).
The City owns the electricity and gas systems.
All incurred costs for new services will be the owner’s responsibility.
The City will supply 20 feet of culvert for new construction only. Any additional culvert for repair or replacement must be purchased by owner.
