Utility information
THE CITY OF RANDALL OWNS ALL OF THE UTILITIES IN TOWN. ELECTRIC, NATURAL GAS, SEWER AND WATER, AND SOLID WASTE IS BILLED THROUGH THE CITY. RANDALL'S UTILITY BILLS ARE SENT OUT THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH AND ARE DUE ON THE 10TH DAY OF THE NEXT MONTH. IN THE EVENT SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED FOR NONPAYMENT THERE IS A $50.00 FEE TO RECONNECT SERVICES.
UTILITIES MAY BE DISCONNECTED IN THE WINTER MONTHS ALSO. TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING, A CUSTOMER MUST COMPLETE A COLD WEATHER PROTECTION FORM AND SUBMIT IT TO THE CITY HALL.
